This is a scam. If they have your money, they must give it to you for free. That is the law. Bradford Bank in Maryland was closed by the FDIC. They said there are lots of phishing emails coming out with this bank name.
They send out emails and letters to thousands of people using this fake bank name. They are not part of any bank.
To find out if you have any money owed to you, go to unclaimed.org or missingmoney.com ( both are free and i don't work for them)
