I doubt very seriously they would make him promise not to do it again, they would just insist that he remember to funnel a bunch of that loot of to his fellow democraps.
No, if democraps get caught breaking rules, they just spew out some more lies claiming that "we need to make new laws to ensure that no one can do this again in the future" Just look at the loser representative from Louisiana who got caught with all the money in his fridge during Katrinia.
