The West Bank is controlled by the Palestinian Authority, Abbas. The West Bank is considered a "seperate entity" but yet are under Israel control and have not been granted any citizen rights. Yes, I believe that Gaza and the West Bank should be given Palestinian citizenship. This would futher the strive for the Palestinian movement. It would make people realize that Palestine is a country and should finally be legally recognized as such.
Israel shouldn't dictate the Palestinians lives. They had no right to steal the land, property or anything else in Palestine. Viva La Palestina!
The Gaza Strip is no longer officially occupied by Israel so they aren't really elligible for Israeli citizinship, and anyway Palestinian Arabs haven't expressed a great deal of interest in becoming Israeli citizens.
They don't want citizenship. The palestinians want Israel destroyed.
