I think someone using my bank account?

Immediately call your bank and dispute the charges and close that account and in the future... DO NOT use your card to pay at the pump unless you see a safety seal covering the door that opens to the inside mechanism of the pump. (the door that opens so they can change the printer paper).

Here is what most likely happened: You got gas and paid at the pump and this pump was broken into at night and outfitted with a device that catches your cards' information down to the PIN if you used a debit card... and voila.... the criminals "harvest" that info, put it on a blank card and sell that on the black market.

You need to close the bank account immediately before they clean you out completely.

You call the bank, report this charge as fraud. Your debit card and account is closed down so new further purchases can be made. A new account is opened with a new number and new debit card. Likely they return the money while the case is being investigated.

You can be as pissed off and need your money all you want. But until you do something about it - all by yourself - by getting your accounts closed and opening a fraud case with the bank - all you will be is pissed off and moneyless. So call the bank now - someone will be there 24/7 for such things.

And before you come out here all pissed off because you didn't get a debit card immediately - it takes making it and mailing it time.

Not everything is immediate gratification. Life doesn't care what you get pissed off about.

Go to your bank they'll cancel the card and give you a new card with a new account number. They should reimburse you for the lost money but I'm not sure

Call the bank. Faster than going there.
All this can be resolved over the phone.

Just report it and let the bank go after the parties in question.
