I need to transfer money from my US Bank account to a Washington Mutual account?

The US Bank account is mine and the Washington Mutual account is my sister's. I have her routing number and account number. Do i need to physically go to the bank and withdraw the money then deposit it into her account, or can i do a funds transfer over the phone. Could i possibly make the funds transfer in...

If you do on-line transfer, it will take at least 3days before the funds available. Best way to do it is by going to your bank, get the cash, deposit in your sister's account. By doing that, this fund will be available on the same day plus you'll save few bucks on transfer fees.
