I would recommend getting a new bank. Your bank should have locked down your account after you told them, or at least given you the money back
If the bank won't help, you new a new bank. Their only job is to take care of you.

Seriously, if they refuse to help, drop them like a rock. My bank helps me with any and everything I ask of them. If I don't know what a charge is for, they not only find out but they give me the name and number for the company that made it. If it's not something I agree to, they take it off my books and give my money back.
