I have opportunity to do master degree in internal medicine(gastrology) from University of Xian in China fromDecember15 /2006 to July 2010 - I am from Nyala- South Darfur Sudan can the world bank sponsore me or al least pay for me one time

The World Bank's mission is to assist countries with global poverty, not individuals with education costs.

Of course, they do have fellowship-type programs. You often have to be at or above the Ph.D. level to be competative in their eyes.
