I'm moving to Miami this summer, and I'm looking for a bank that's convenient (long hours and plenty of branches), but more importantly, a bank that offers a good interest rate for savings accounts. What is a good rate that they can offer (for instance, if you keep between $10,000 and $20,000 in there)?...

The convenient banks don't pay good interest rates. And the ones that pay good interest rates aren't convenient.

Determine which is more important to you and look from there.
