Since you did not give your exact location in San Andres as your point of origin, I suggest that you take a jeepney Westbound (towards the US Embassy) & ask the driver if he will reach T. M. Kalaw or Mabini St. Ask the jeepney driver in which you boarded to drop you to the nearest street where you can make a transfer ride to another jeepney with the signboard "Mabini/Harrison" Pasay bound. Ask this last driver to drop you at the corner of Ocampo (Vito Cruz) and Harrison. Central Bank is situated opposite Harrison Plaza.
Proceed to Vito cruz corner Taft ave. (under LRT flatform), then ride the yellow multicab going to CCP complex, alight before the multicab crosses the Roxas boulevard(stop light) facing the CCP complex the BSP is on the right side.
Take a cab.
