They will need your account information. You did not state where your account is held at. Commerce bank or another bank. Florida/New York. In any case, if you have an account -somethere, then you need to give the name that appears on your account, your account number, the bank name and the bank's 9 digit routing number. If you have a checking account, you can easliy find that 9 digit routing number on the bottom of any check - it comes before your account nuber.
