She *may* be able to do an online transfer from her bank to yours. She would require your routing number and bank account number to do so. Most online transfers from one bank to another bank take one business day to complete.
If she cannot do transfers online; then she would be required to do a wire. Wires, however, involve a fee (which can be $25-$35 dollars). The information she would need from you is your bank's wire routing number (which is different from YOUR routing number), your bank account number and your bank's address.
She goes to her bank and initiates a money transfer. She will need your bank's name, routing number and of course, your name and bank account number.
Banks do this on a daily basis... it costs a bit more then just sending a check to you that you can deposit into your bank account (HINT) but it is not an unusually complicated transaction.
