The real Harry Fumba Moniba's next of kin is his wife Manita, not any daughter. He did not have a daughter named Joy and his children are not in any refugee camps - they are all working in Liberia or for their father's foundation in the United States. His real children are named Rena, Bertha, Gladys, Clarence and Jan Michael -- none of whom are living in any refugee camp. Clarence, Gladys and Jan Michael all work for the Harry F Moniba Foundation in Clinton Maryland, USA. Bertha and Rena both work for the International Finance Corporation in Liberia

You cannot replace anyone as next of kin. His wife Manita is his next of kin. After her are his 5 children, then his 14 grandchildren, then his brothers, then first cousins. You are not related to the person so it would be illegal for you to claim next of kin. You have no blood or marital relation to him so it's impossible for you to be next of kin.
