I found an online savings account with 3.75% APR through a community bank based out of Williamsburg, VA. Everything about them seems legit, I looked them up on switchboard.com and all the addresses for branches on their website show up there. I think I read something bad about clear sky.
Google the names of the companies followed by the words
complaints, scams, or rip-offs
This is research at its best - give it a go and read up.

Amazing that rates can drop that fast.
