Has anyone had any luck with reclaiming bank charges/PPI insurance on credit cards or loans?I have found a company called myclaimsexpert and was wondering if anyone had heard of them or had any luck reclaim charges from banks for loans or credit cards. thanks |
I successfully claimed PPI on a bank loan & also claimed PPI for my husband from a credit card co. Don't pay any of these firms just write yourself giving all the details - if you are entitled to a refund you should get it. Look at Martin Lewis website for guidance.
The web is full of 'consultants' and other cowboys taking money from the ignorant to process their claims for them (even their name is a rip-off from the well known advise site == see below)
So before paying some rip-off merchant (and remember, after you pay them, why should they even bother to lift a finger for you ?) I suggest you try doing it yourself.
