Got a free scratch card in a mag. Said I've won a prize. To claim it's asking for bank details. Is this right?

The scratch card is called golden hat bingo. I have to go online to claim. I hasn't told me what I've won yet and asking me for my bank details so they can deposit my money into my account. Is this ok or a scam?

What magazine exactly? If the magazine's trusted, then so is the prize. I've googled this 'golden hat bingo' and it seems pretty legit. Do it for yourself, it has reviews and that.
