Not a spot you want to be. You're in the hood of Algiers Point. Now Algiers Point isn't a bad area but there are some spots, and where you're thinking of buying isn't a good spot. If you could give me a price limit I could help you with finding a house down there. I know the good sections like the back of my hand. I lived on the military base right next to your "would be house".
Patterson starts in the point and follows the river, the only exception is that it dead ends into the Naval Support Activity and then begins again on the other side. the 5000+ blocks of Patterson are the better end of Patterson.
