Does Rothschild own the Climate Exchange (climate bank)?

Where is all this money going to go and who will profit from it? According Al Gore, if you don't pay him and the others who manage the Climate Exchange carbon taxes you are now deemed by them to be 'like a racist'. Where is this going... Why don't the few people who own the mainstream news talk...

The Climate Exchange in the U.S. is closing, if that's what you are asking about. Climate Exchange is owned by IntercontinentalExchange, a publicly traded company. You can buy stock on the NY Stock Exchange (NYSE: ICE).

An exchange is not a tax. It makes efficient companies more profitable. The money the inefficient companies pay goes to the efficient companies who have credits available to sell. The profit a company like ICE makes is just the transaction fee. When I buy or sell $100,000 of stock, I pay Fidelity $7.50 as a transaction fee; ICE fees are comparable to Fidelity's fee. But that's just Europe, that is not happening in the U.S.

British Columbia has a revenue neutral tax. The money that comes in as the carbon tax is returned to tax payers as tax reductions. Rewarding companies to reduce CO2 emissions does not have to require a tax or any government revenues.
