Does Chase Bank have a partner in Peru?

I will be traveling to Peru and wanted to know if Chase Bank has a partner in Peru so I can avoid the extra charges from the ATM when I can. I know I can just call them, but I thought I'd ask first. So if anyone knows I would appreciate it.

Hi there,

when you use your ATM card to withdraw money you pay between $ 3.00 and $ 5.00 per transaction regardless of the bank, even a partner bank of Chase.
