Here is the 2nd amendment verbatim:
"Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

The 2nd amendment protects bearing arms for MILITIA. We don't have a militia here. People like you need to stop playing cowboys and Indians and step into the 21st century. It's embarrassing our country.

In my view, this does not even get to the second amendment. The second amendment is entirely about the government, not about private businesses.

"When I don't agree with a business' political position, I cannot, in good conscience support them."

Good for you. You are absolutely free to do this - I do it myself in many areas of my life. I don't subscribe to cable TV, I don't buy new American cars, I choose the companies I do business with based on many parameters, including (sometimes) politics.

The thing is, that the businesses are entirely entitled to do the same. That's called "Freedom".

Of course, this freedom is regulated to some extent - BOA is not allowed to deny you business based on race or gender or disability, but that's about the extent of the government involvement.

To be honest, I think this is a good thing all around, because it is an expression of the freedom that makes this country what it is. BOA is doing business based on what THEY believe, you are doing business based on what YOU believe, and the free market offers you plenty of other options for your banking business. What a great country.

Has nothing to do with the 2nd Amendment as you would like to believe or imply - BOA is business & it's their choice to do this, a business decision that may or may not work for them ! For further info , the 2 nd Amendment is not about ASSAULT Weapons used solely for the purpose of killing other humans ( guilty or not ! ) which is best left in the hands of Professionals - Police ... & Soldiers , not civilians !

Well.... the protections of the Second Amendment do not apply to private corporations. Only to the Federal Government.

In other words, Bank of America does not represent the Federal government of the United States so they have no legal duty to provide an avenue to protect or defend the Second Amendment.

Bank of America can choose to offer or not offer service to whomever they want. But, the other side of that coin is that they will alienate a significant portion of their consumer base which will likely have financial implications for them.

Bank of America is a criminal organization. They use fraudulent tactics to get account holders to sign up for various plans by asking if something like that sounds good or do you like the sound of it. When you say yes then they have you taped and consider that means you signed up. Even if you realize the charge it will still take them several months to stop charging you.

Do not do business with Bank of America. Bank of America hates their customers.

I think this one is a hoax, but I don't really care. People shouldn't do business with BoA anyway. Community banks and credit unions give you far better service. Plus BoA engages in crony capitalism, and should be despised by any fiscal conservative.

Go to a credit union, they still might do business with you; but even them not for long. Go bit- coins. You could lose everything overnight and it is not backed by any government. Many non-law abiding people trade in bit-coins.

Why do gun owners whine so much? It's b-tch and moan, moan and b-tch 24/365. The look for any flimsy excuse to do it. They even whine about alleged incidents and recirculate whiny emails that they can't verify as reflecting a true story.

Understand that most global corporations are not exactly Liberty tolerant. They are "for profit." So, when leftism is in power, they are corporatist fascists. When the love of Liberty and individual exceptional-ism is in power? They be for that too. Weather vanes of the times. Status Quo is their mantra.

I don't know if they do or not. Bank of America has a lot more problems than this. I wouldn't bank with them for any reason.
