Try the Great Miami River which flows from out of the Dayton area or the Little Miami River that is just east of it. You can also try the Ohio River itself. There is also the Whitewater River in southestern Indiana, Brookville Reservoir--near Richmond, Indiana, and Caser Creek State Park nears Waynesville, Ohio. Upstream fromCincinnati on the Ohio River sits the Manchester Islands.
Brookville Reservoir and Whitewater River--along the U.S. 27 corridor form Cincinnati, Ohio to Richmond, Indiana
Manchester Islands--east of Cincinnati (about 65 miles) on U.S. 52
Caesar Creek Lake--go up I-71 about 40 miles from Cincinnati. Get off the Waynesville/Wilmington exit Turn left and go towards Waynesville.
Little Miami River--along the U.S. 42 corridor from just above Kings Island amusement park to Xenia, Ohio
Go to your local bait shop and ask the person behind the counter. They hear a lot of where the fish are biting and can probably recommend a good spot.
