What happened in Libya was a travesty of justice in every way. What is more appalling is the fact that Americans and Europeans still continue to berate George Bush for Iraq on the basis of not having supplied ample evidence to justify the invasion. These same people never demanded a single shred of justification regarding Libya. The US President actually said he was not required to provide a reason. Unfortunately the precedent has been established. People are such sheeple.
Hello, m'friend...No, I do not. The UN must think that the general populace of the world is stupid. The IMF, World Bank, etc will loan huge sums of money to Libya designed to default Libya so they could eventually control the political system. Everyone with an eye to world events knew as soon as there was a "no fly zone" imposed on Libyan airspace the western powers will illegally wage a war of aggression in Libya under the guise of "protecting citizens". The US, Britain and France had twisted the meaning of the UN resolution which imposed a no-fly zone on Libya, saying that they interpreted it to mean permission under it to bombard any places of their own choice in Libya, including civilian places. Iraq, Egypt, Libya was just another step forward for the Illuminati and it's One World Order, as they have to get every country under the world banking system. They have no elegance to any country, so people are expendable, as the world is their goal.
Ok, but what would have been the alternative? To let Gaddafi destroy the resistance, killing thousands of innocent men, women and children, who just wanted basic civil liberties and freedom from a cruel dictatorship.
I understand this may just sound like the NATO mantra but the reality is that it's the truth and many more lives were saved because of the intervention.
