Do you feel secure banking from your mobile?

Nope. I don't feel that secure banking from my laptop hooked to my home wireless network (which is secure). I only bank from my desktop at home (non-wireless). I won't bank from any public PC - like at work. Maybe I'm being a bit over precautious, but that's ok by me.

Yes, as long as you keep the PIN secret. The information available through Mobile Banking is very limited. You can:

-Check current available balances.
-Check the last 5 transactions.
-Transfer funds between linked accounts.
-Send Bill Pay payments to payees that have already been set up through Online Banking.

And that's it. You can't add or delete accounts, nor set up payees through Mobile Banking. All changes to Mobile Banking has to be made through Online Banking, so if you trust Online Banking, you should be okay with Mobile Banking.

The risk perception is everywhere. Still it is 99% secure through mobile banking. As the messages and transactions passe through different security layers the breach is less possible. The remaining 1% lies upon the transmission failure, the transaction jam or the net failure.
