How many have argued this before? Go after the crooks and nothing really gets done! You are asking those who profit from dishonesty and crime to cut their own throats, and it just isn't going to happen! Sure, they might throw a bone to satisfy, but they will not, i repeat will not, give up their ability to make money where ever it may be!
