Why did you change all that without looking at a Ranger or Exploder forum???
The common trigger for BOTH codes is either a rotted PCV vale hose (mainly an F150 thing) or bad fuel injector o-rings/intake manifold gaskets.
look for a vacuum leak. any unmetered air condition can lead to that.
