Chase bank closed my account about 3 years ago because of stupid overdraft fees. I have no idea how much it is or how to repay them (even though it technically wasn't my fault, but whatever, I was young and reckless, haha), but that's not why I'm here. I was wondering if I'd be able to somehow open...

No you cannot open an account at any bank since you are in the ChexSystem and banned for 7 yrs
Best to pay what you owe and avoid being sued.

You can find the details at the Chexsystems website. "Banned" is not entirely accurate, but if you ARE in Chexsystems, you may need to search for a bank that offers so-called "second chance accounts." Not all do.
