I don't believe Paypal's system will even allow this while transactions are processing. I am assuming you sold something on eBay and was paid by Paypal since you do not sell on Paypal like you mention in your post. If your worried people will file disputes, there are ways to protect yourself. ALWAYS send what you have sold using delivery confirmation, always list the item 100% accurately and provide as many pics as you can and as much info as you can of any damage so the buyer is well informed. One more thing I do when selling on eBay, I check all the bidders feedback while the auction is still active and have canceled bidders bids if I see that have too much negative feedback and have left too much negative feedback for others.
