OH! by the name Weis Markets! that's telling me you are on the east coast in Pennsylvania!! Right!!! WHICH BANK!??? HELP! just in case it's mine!!! Never ever do business over the phone honey. Always go INTO the bank in person! You take with you all your receipts and bank book, and demand a print out of ALL transactions since this thing started!!! And don't leave without ALL the answers! Someone may have used your account - identity theft. They could have got your bank number from various places. Also, when you find out what the H--l is going on, make them EAT all those charges for the insufficient funds they socked you with!!! I just noticed something, that ATM FEE - 50 cents?? Sounds like M & T to me! I dropped them like a hot potatoe the first time they charged me for using my debit card!!! GET ANOTHER BANK FOR GOODNESS SAKE! Good luck!

Most banks if you talk to the manager or head of the bank will refund the fees in situations like this I would talk to the head of the bank and print out your statements to show them you really did not know the funds were not there and how to prevent it in the future if your positive and cut them some slack they will usually do the same for you if that does not work sue the hell out of them then if it comes up it will make you look like the good guy in court because you tried to resolve the situation with them first try to write down everything that happens if they tell you they wont refund the money in ink with names and dates that will hold up in court.

To answer the actual question you posed, no. Only the DA can decide to use tax money to pursue a criminal conviction against anyone. If you feel that the bank has done something wrong you can sue at your expense, you can negotiate, you can move your account or do whatever you want, but you cannot "press charges" against anyone.

Looks like you bank at the Huntington bank! My son had a account there and they were charging him for everything and I made him close the account and start a new one at another bank!

there is a organization where you can report a bank

Go in to your local branch, do not call.
See manager.
Clear it up.
Close account.
Go to new bank.
