When you call enter your ssn and it will tell you if funds were received into your temp account with them. If you don't get the response you want from the automated system press 1 for more options and 1 again for Live Rep. I did mine with ITS in Las Vegas NV assuming they are a franchise they are all using same bank. Congratulations, mine scheduled for 1st Feb. Let me know if they released your funds immediately bcuz bank say they don't hold and releases upon receiving it.
