Best deep sea fishing in Outer Banks, NC?

I'm looking for the best deep sea fishing in OBX. In addition to which company is best, I'd also like the cheapest on too. Is it cheaper to rent a boat (and what does that entail) or go with a pro company? Thanks (If it matters, time period is June 13-19)

Oregon inlet fishing center can give you all the information you need. it would be better to get a charter. the captain will supply everything except food and drinks
