Best bank for a teen?

I'm going to have a job this summer and will need a checking account. My mom goes to SunTrust. I've searched this question many of times, but really come across nothing. Some one had said something about Bank of America on someone else's question. I live in the Morristown area in Tennessee. Thanks guys(:

I would check with a local hometown bank. They are interested in small accounts much more than the big guys. They often have free checking, online banking, and an ATM card at no charge or very low cost. Small banks are interested in getting you to be a customer for life and work with you.
