Best bank for a business account in WA?

My dad just opened a small shop and is looking for a good bank to open an account with that has the least fees. He doesn't have employees or anything so he just need the most basic account. What bank would you guys recommend? We are in the state of Washington.

It Only Gets Better!

WA Federal Saving and Loan or Columbia Bank for locally owned.

He may be able to use BECU (Boeing credit union)
