Bank with locations in both Cairo, Egypt and Houston, Texas?

I am moving from Houston to Cairo, and I cannot find any banks with locations in Cairo. Does anyone know of any?

Try Citibank, CIB, HSBC...all of these are international banks with many locations in Cairo
