Below are interview Teller job experiences shared by people who applied at Chase. Good Luck!

Bank Teller at JPMorgan Chase No Offer – Interviewed in Mountain Home, ID Aug 2012–Interview Details –I found out about a part time teller position was open because of a friend that works there.I had to apply online. The main questions they ask you are very general, then you have to take a questioner about what would you do situations ( you need to answer these questions with the best customer service answers). Then they ask you several math problems.
Interview Question –The interview was very easy. The questions were "how would you handle a difficult customer?" "How have you handled a difficult customer in the past?" Several customer service questions

Bank Teller at JPMorgan Chase No Offer – Interviewed in New York, NY Jul 2012–
Interview Details –After applying online to many branches. I finally got a call to come in for an interview from a recruiter who works at the branch. I went in to the interview well prepared, i researched the company and got additional information from glassdoor. The interview was on July 3,2012. I arrived a bit nervous because this was my first interview in awhile. I waited no more than ten mintues to start the interview process. The interviewer was very nice he asked me the standard interview questions such as why do i want to work for Chase and How much cash handling experience do i have. I answered all questions to the best of my ability. Its very important to smile and maintain eye contact. After the interview was over I was told that i would get a respond in a week. After a week there was no job offer. This is only one setback but i will continue to try until i land a position. At this point i know what to expect so everything is looking up. Remember it is business you cannot take it personal.I hope this can help someone land a job just be confident, listen, smile and don't ramble on or start any irrelevant conversations not pertaining to the position you applied for and the questions they ask.
Interview Question –Why should i choose you over the other candidates? What does good customer service look, sound and feel like?
She then asked experience questions.
Have you ever balanced a cash box?
What is the most amount of money you handled?
What is the largest amount of money you mishandled?
She then asked
Why chase?
Tell me about a time you experienced an angry customer. What did you do and what was the outcome.?

What do you know about our bank?
Have you ever worked at a bank before?
Talk about a successful sales experience.
What characterize a good teller from your point of view?
Give an example of you dealing with an irate customer and what you did to fix the problem?
Give an example of a time you made a point to go above and beyond with customer service.
What would you do if you saw a fellow employee take $100 that belonged to the bank?
What banking products do you personally use and why?

Surely, there won't be only sales questions, but also ROLE PLAY. Sales skills can't be learned easily, it's something you either have in you naturally, or you don't have it. But one can train it...
Role play most typically decides about the winner in an interview. If you can't prepare for it on your own, get the e-book from the site. I did it, and now I work as PB at Chase.

GL to You and see you in the job!
