H3G, in Italy, is the company with the most sentences for fraud. They subtracts more money to their customers without regard to the contract subscibed! And when you ask bank to refund or stop payments, you have a lot of problems!
3/t-mobile (hutchinson 3G), if you are not with them, report it to your bank and demand a refund.
