This is a lot I know but I think it's better to explain the full story rather than brief detail. Short answer: YOU need to ASK several banks EXACTLY waht is and is not acceptable. Your problem so far is you keep ASSUMING you know what is acceptable, and they keep informing you your are WRONG. Regardless of what ANYONE tells you online, ONLY the back that is actually looking at your documents is capable or giving you a correct answer. Even if you have every document ever created bearing your name OR address, the bank is NOT requitred to accept ANY of it.

there should be a list of supported Identification methods, both for name/Identity and for address.
