Most mortgage brokers will accommodate you with this. That's another advantage of a broker over a bank. I know http://wefixrates.com will do it, but I don't believe they lend in NV. Just Google search a good broker.
Glenn is right. Most mortgage brokers are self-employed, and if you call them several days before and make an appointment for a Sunday, they should be happy to accommodate you. But don't call them up in the middle of their Sunday afternoon and expect them to jump - they work all the other days of the week, too.
About 90 % of the loan officers I work with also work on Sundays.
Best to work with a local competent experienced loan officer. Ask your Realtor- I bet they can point you to three or four.
Why would you expect people to work on a recognized non-business day simply to suit your convenience?
