Do you know Kelvin Jones? Do you know Donald Gibson? It's got scam written all over it. If you put any money into any prepaid account and/or have it linked to your checking/savings account, you might just as well start filing for BK. You certainly won't be getting any money back.

You fell for a scam. I'll explain some for you but you need to close or block the account. Any time someone says they need help to transfer money it is a scam. Either they have to open account, do western union/ money gram, put their cash into a local bank, cash a check, cover cost of receiving settlement or inheritance. Once they get money out of someone they're gone. Email, phone numbers all of that is fake or temporary and you'll never hear from them again. Thats to name most common ones. I don't know what pre paid account u mean but if it's a bank contact them and report it asap. Change id and passwords to everything also.

Scam, scam, scam, scam. A blindingly obvious scam. Are you a troll or just very, very gullible.

What about this did not scream SCAM to you? Someone losing their credit card would not require getting a third party to open prepaid cards or Paypal accounts.
