16, Where to start a bank account?

I'm 16, I am currently employed, but when I receive my first pay check I have no where to put it. I'd like a card of some sort if at all possible, and I don't want to be ripped off... There are more BB&T and Hunington ATMs in this town, so withdraw fees would be nice to avoid. Views and Opinions Wanted.

Capital One. It's all free--sign-up, deposit, withdrawal etc. And if you get a debit card, you can use it like a credit card and earn points to get rewards, like gift cards to restaurants.
