Inter Savings Bank first opened its doors in 1965 as a small community bank called Falls Federal Savings and Loan Association in International Falls, Minn. The business grew over the next 30 years to include branches in Florida. In the early 1990s, a group of investors led by Ron Fletcher, a veteran of the mortgage industry, purchased the company. Today, it is one of the largest community banks throughout Minnesota, with nearly $1 billion in assets. Inter Savings Bank offers personal banking, business banking, mortgage and online banking services to its customers, which are made available through its four branches in Roseville, Maple Grove, Lakeville and Edina, Minn.
