Riverland Bank is a locally owned independent bank formed in 2005 by a group of private investors and people with a history of banking and financial experience. These individuals believe that a locally owned and operated bank could reach out to provide a full range of financial services to businesses and consumers in the south western metropolitan area. The bank opened on October 20, 2005 with 8 employees; it currently employs 10 individuals which live in the Jordan and surrounding communities. Riverland focuses on delivering a variety of financial products and services and is known for responding quickly to our customers' needs. Decisions are made locally, not at a faraway corporate office. As always, our first priority is customer satisfaction. Most importantly, customers see the familiar faces of our employees each and every day. We are here to take care of their banking needs. Riverland has always been a strong supporter of local community initiatives. The bank provides significant charitable donations and commitment of employee volunteer time.
