What is the best bank in Louisville, KY?

I am looking to open a checking account here in Louisville. I am looking for a bank that does not charge fees for using other banks ATM's and offers a good interest rate on a checking account. So far the best I have found is probably River City Bank. Thanks.

I think that the only bank that doesnt charge to use other peoples atm's, would be a credit union.
