Is there a U.S Bank in Pensacola, FL ?I need to find the nearest U.S bank for my sister. She is going to Pensacola to see her fiance, who is in the military. She is driving from Minnesota, to Florida. Surprisingly she forgot her wallet. And google is not helping me. She's staying in the Travelodge Inn and Suites in Pensacola. Help ?! |
US Bank has no branches in the entire state of Florida, or Alabama or Georgia for that matter. They're primarily in the Midwest and West.
The closest branch is somewhere in Tennessee.
If she doesn't have anything with her, someone could send her money through Western Union or one of those services by going to her bank for her. WalMart is right up the road from her and they have MoneyGram. I think she can go to the WalMart site online, access her checking account and transfer money to WalMart through a MoneyGram. It may take a couple of hours but at least she could get it herself instead of someone else accessing her bank funds.
If she has her bank card at least, she can use "MoneyPass" ATMs with no surcharge if she's making a withdrawal and there are quite a few in Pensacola. If she's on Pensacola Blvd., tell her there is a truck stop/convenience store called Kangaroo Express that has one. She needs to go north on Pensacola Blvd (towards the Interstate) and just as she passes under the interstate, she will see it on her right at the light. Also, the WalMarts that are near the base seem to have them. Tell her to go to MoneyPass.com and go to ATM locator. **
