I contacted the police in Newark,NJ they did nothing, I was even arrested for burglary and defending my family 3 times. I sued the city with no avail and I am taking t to the Supreme Court. I have received over 200 complaints from the squatters fictitious and frivolous of course. I have lost money, time and employment because of this situation. I was unaware that I was dealing with a professional but the city was well aware he had been doing this activity since 1985

1st of all nobody "lets" squatters move in. If they ever had permission from the bank to move in then they are not squatters. If they are trespassing then it is likely the bank does not even know about it.

NO. You have no legal rights to the property & therefore have no grounds to sue anyone. ONLY someone with any ownership rights to this property can do anything about the squatters. You get no say in what any one that owns property in your neighborhood do or do not do with their property. You as a neighbor can not do anything but call the police about the trespassing and any other criminal activity you witness.

Your case will never reach the Supreme Court. The type case you have has been heard many times over and the precedent has been established. Your case probably will not get to your state Supreme Court.

Why are these individuals bothering you? They apparently not causing any legal problems. It appears as if you are causing the legal problems with the number of times you have been arrested and you being in court.

Apparently you lost in court as you are wanting to appeal to the Supreme Court.

Perhaps it would be better if you took care of your family , by getting another job and spending time with your family. What you are doing now appears to be counter productive and a waste of your time and causing you to lose you jobs.

If there are illegal things going on next door, report the illegal activities to the police and allow the police to do their job. You are not a police officer.

In all cases you are not able to pick your neighbors. They are there when you move in or move in after you have been there for awhile.

The reason you would normally sue someone would be because you are financially damaged or physically harmed in some way. Don't go into fantasy world and say they are bringing my property value down by allowing these individuals to reside in this house next door or near mine.

It don't appear as if you are in any way financially damaged or have any physical harm

Most mortgage lenders (banks) are not aware that someone is living in their bank owned property. It might be to your advantage to find out who actually own the property. You would be able to do this by going to the county recorder's office , complete a form requesting this information, you would also be required to pay a fee for the information, which would be mailed to you. You might also request this information through a local title company. They might furnish this information as a courtesy.

Once you have the owners name and perhaps address, you would need to send them a letter informing the owner that their property is being home homesteaded, by someone living in the property and have been for _____ of days. weeks, months, or years.

If you are able to take pictures without bothering those that are living there you might include them in your letter. .

Most mortgage lenders would not want to have any one living in their bank owned property. Their liability is too great.

Once you have notified the bank that own the property, there is really not a lot you are able to do, however, I do think the bank would take the necessary action to have these illegal tenants removed from their property.

You might not like or get along with certain people, it appears as if you are the one amassing a criminal record in being arrested several times. This can get expensive and would affect your family over time.

I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

Who owns the house?

Move in where? And who is "you"? One must have legal standing in order to sue.

Trespass is a police matter. Call them.
